Canyon Therapy
HMFC partners with Yellowstone Behavioral Health (YBH) to provide Mental Health patients with evaluations and treatment.
Advantage Rehab partners with HMFC to provide the Physcial Therapy clinics.
Canyon Therapy partners with HMFC to provide the Physcial Therapy clinics.
The Christ Episcopal Church Mission Committee through the Bargain Box provides HMFC funding to provide medications to our patients. Christ Episcopal Church and HMFC also partner to provide several programs- The Poverty Simulations, The Building a Brighter Future Today classes.
The Cody Medical Foundation partners with HMFC to provide funds for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Evaluations.
The Cody Regional Health provides free labs and x-rays for patients. CRH, Behavioral Health also provides substance abuse evaluations.
The Soroptimist International of Cody provides funds to support women with free medical care.
Veritatis Splendor Counseling
HMFC partners with Veritatis Splendor Counseling to provide Mental Health evaluations and treatment.
HMFC is partnering with St. John's Episcopal Church to fund an expansion of services throughout the Big Horn Basin area. With funding from the Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming HMFC will be able to serve more people in the Basin than ever before.

The Wyoming Community Foundation is a wonderful partner with HMFC! The Saylak Family Unrestricted Endowment Fund and the LEK Endowment Fund through the Wyoming Community Foundation Board have generously granted HMFC operating funds for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.
The Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming provides funding for the Christ Episcopal Church and HMFC partnership programs. The Poverty Simulations, The Building a Brighter Future Today classes, and the First Stop Help Center of Park County are financially supported by the Foundation for The Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming.
The First Bank of Wyoming has generously provided a matching grant for HMFC during the 2022-2023 fiscal year. What a great community partner they are!
